HTP Belarus (http://www.park.by) provides a special business environment for IT-business with incentives unprecedented for European countries.

The resident-companies of the Hi-Tech Park Belarus are exempt from all corporate taxes, including VAT on imported hardware and software systems to be used on the territory of Belarus to implement investment projects within their activities, as well as customs duties. 
Individual income tax has a fixed rate of 9 % for the employees of HTP companies.
Belarus Hi-Tech Park possesses the right of granting taxation preferences on a systematic basis. According to the special Law these conditions are valid till 2020.
Unlike many parks in Europe or Asia, Belarusian HTP is a virtual hi-tech park. It means that the legal conditions of Belarus Hi-Tech Park are valid within the whole territory of Belarus. No matter where a company is located within Belarus, if it deals with engineering and software development – it can become a resident of HTP. This principle enables using the educational, scientific, professional and infrastructural potential of the whole country.
First residents were registered in 2006. Nowadays HTP includes 109 IT-companies with more than 12 500 software engineers who have been engaged in high-end software development and IT-services provided for customers in more than 55 countries of the world. Half of HTP resident-companies are foreign companies and joint ventures.
Currently among the residents of HTP there are companies engaged in software development, IT-consulting, embedded software development and providing other IT-services both for domestic and foreign market.
