The HTP business incubator hosted a seminar addressing issues of entering into agreements on computer programs, and allocation of rights in software development. The seminar was organized by HTP together with Ernst & Young (EY).

EY experts in international property met with managers, lawyers and other professionals of HTP residents companies and discussed the following aspects of software copyright:

• copyright for computer programs;
• contractual relationship with an author (a developer who is a natural person);
• contractual relationship with development companies (legal entities).
